• Ordering Information

  After we sent the buyer the details of the stocks he/she has requested. Then the buyer will have to send to us funds either through bank in Telegraphic Transfer mode or  Western Union. For huge orders such as Mineral Ores Etc which are supplied in Tons. Our business procedure is half downpayment to be paid upfront in TT mode inclusive of CIF costs and other half downpayment  to be paid through L/C bank to bank once the buyer has received the goods.

  All our products are taken photos with Powerful Digital Cameras with a full light room, What you see is exactly what you will receive.

  • For Mineral Ores we have their Chemical Data Analysis Sheets which can be found on our website,once are downloaded. All our Mineral Ores are tested with international Mining  Organization - SEAMIC (www.seamic.org). They test all Mineral Ores using latest X-ray machines etc.

    We offer free samples only for Minerals Ores and Marble stones. For Precious and Semiprecious gemstones we dont offer free samples,for this particular items the buyers have to pay for them when they request sample Trials parcels. Also buyers have to pay shipment charges for the samples.Either buyers can open an Account with UPS, TNT or DHL and after they provide us with Account Numbers for this fast couriers then we will dispatch the samples. But samples will only be dispatched once the Account Numbers have been actived, in this procedure the buyer will then pay for the samples shipment charges once he/she has received the parcel.

    Funds from  anywhere in the world takes only 1 day except public holidays to be transferred to Tanzania. There is many international banks available now in Tanzania. We have an account with international banks so funds remittances allocation to our accounts its speedy.

  • Shipping Policy

  • All orders sent are insured and will require a signature on delivery. Orders are shipped either with UPS or  DHL. Some countries may charge additional tarrifs, duties, customs charges or taxes. These will be the responsibility of the recipient for payment and will be billed as such.

    Shipping and Handling Charges:
    

    • We use UPS (www.ups.com),TNT (www.tnt.com)  or DHL for all our shipments all over the world.
    • For bigger shipments we have our Shipping Clearing & Forwarding Agent.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however you may return it for refund within 15 days of receipt. Items returned must be in original condition. For huge shipments such as Mineral Ores etc.If returnable the buyer will be responsible full for the following costs;

  • - Wharf age

  • - Insurance

  • - 20FT or 40FT Container Shipment costs 

  • - VAT

  • - Handling and Miscellaneous port fees

  • Unclaimed Goods

    Items that are returned to us by a shipper as "unclaimed" will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the items will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund.
