IS IT SAFE TO BUY A
GEMSTONE/MINERAL ORES OVER THE INTERNET
Yes.We are a reputed
company.So you will receive exactly what you saw via the picture if
its the gemstone.For mineral ores we do provide Chemical Data Analysis
Sheet Report of Mineral Ores products and we also send free
samples of Minerals Ores do Industries so that they can also test the
products at their laboratories and finally prove it again that it
matches with the Data we posted over to them.
We prefer a buyer to
have the sample before we ship the actual products.Gemstones samples
are not provided free.Only Mineral Ores and Marbles Stones are
the ones which are offered free for sample.
Currently there is
no banks which operates Merchant Account where by buyers they can buy
our products using their credit cards.The only way is through sending
the money through Telegraphic Transfer or through Western Union.For
large cargo shipments of Minerals ores our banker they do
process Letters of Credits.

DHL, the incidence of loss is generally no greater than with any other

I AM GETTING THE BEST PRICE?
Since we mine most of
the gemstones plus the gems we don't mine we get direct from the local
gems supply vendors at very reasonable costs. At the end
our product costs a fair price.For large Mineral Ores &
Marble stones shipment we do give 5% discount,when orders do exceed 10
UNIT TONS.

GEMS LTD SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE TANZANIA?
Yes. We use
UPS for all of our gemstones shipments. DHL
,FEDEX and TNT in Tanzania they are no longer shipping
gemstones.For Mineral Ores and Marble stones we do have our
local Clearing & Forwarding Shipping Agent. For cargo e.g shipped
to Areas such as Australia or South America they will need a Tranship
- SHIPPING LINE.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING
OPTIONS?
Since in this third
world countries the normal Postal Service System its completely not
reliable at all either safe, We therefore use only TNT and UPS for
gems shipments. Here both of us the buyer and the seller we are in
safe hands since the parcels they do get insured. We're sorry, but
shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
